Rocaille has a showroom in Montpellier, the South of France, and an office in England. We ship items between the UK, Ireland, and France every few weeks. We also ship worldwide.
We specialize in European decorative furniture and decorative pieces for the home, garden, and commercial environments.
We supply antiques to the general public, interior designers, film designers, and commercial businesses.
Shipping
Our main warehouse is located in Montpellier in the south of France. The majority of our stock will be shipped from there.
For small items weighing less than 20 kg and with a circumference of 180 cm (w + h x 2), this corresponds to a box approximately 50 x 30 x 40 cm.
Delivery takes 7 to 14 days depending on your location.
You may be subject to customs charges for your parcel, which will be payable upon delivery of your item. Please contact our dedicated team for more information before purchasing.
Bulky Items to the UK and EU
These items will be shipped with our own freight partners operating between the UK, France, and Spain. We aim to ship these items within 2 to 4 weeks. We can ship to other EU countries, but delivery times will vary.

Bulk Items - Shipping Abroad
We will need your full address to obtain a true shipping cost from our freight partners.
Once all costs have been agreed, we will arrange packaging and crating if necessary.
The shipment will then be delivered to our freight partners in the UK and booked for the next crossing.
Crossings can take between 2 and 4 weeks depending on your destination.
If you don't have a customs broker to arrange customs taxes (you may be liable for taxes on your purchase) and paperwork, our shipping partners can help.
These overseas deliveries can take between 4 and 8 weeks.
Insurance
For any shipment for which you have paid additional insurance, in the unfortunate event of damage during transit, all damages must be reported to the final destination carrier and to us immediately so we can initiate the claims process.
Returns
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase to arrange a return and refund.
Returns must be in the original packaging as received.
Items must be returned in their "as sold" condition.
The buyer must notify the shipping company that this is a return and cover all costs.
