Sofa or meridienne with two angled side jambs, spindle-shaped legs, carved rosettes in the connecting dice. A two-seat model, it is said to be in confident. Stamp-varnished mahogany, upholstered in lemon-yellow silk (Maison Lelièvre), with black trimmings. Parisian work from the Directoire period, circa 1795-1800, attributed to Georges Jacob.

Beautiful, very elegant model. A two-seater, it takes up very little space and can fit into an alcove. Plated on all sides, it can also be placed in the center of a room or perpendicular to a wall.

We had this beautiful amateur's chair covered with this silk, of which we have a wide gauge. We offer other mahogany seats upholstered in the same finishes to create a set. Consult our gallery to discover them.

The seat is in perfect condition, fully restored, with buffer varnish redone by our cabinetmaker, seat and cushions redone and reupholstered by our upholsterer.
