Thonet Chair No. 18, from 1875, in perfect condition, canework ready for use. The pre-1882 No. 18 model is difficult to find; it is easily recognizable because the backrest decoration is screwed in from the outside.
Hand-caned with 2.2mm x 2.4mm German cane.
Dimensions: Total height: 92 cm, seat height: 47 cm, diameter: 41.5 cm. Lateral reinforcements have allowed these chairs to reach us in beautiful structural condition.
First stamp on the seat belt.
