    Elegant set of 12 knives from the Second Empire period, with solid silver gilt (vermeil) blades and finely monogrammed mother-of-pearl handles.

    Each blade bears :
    - Minerve hallmark (silver 950/1000),
    - The "BL" master stamp with cross (Baptiste Lorillon, active in Paris 1854-1857),
    - And a secondary control mark, probably related to gilding.

    The genuine mother-of-pearl handles are luminous and faceted, decorated with a period black monogram.
    Please note: a slight old restoration is visible on one handle, discreet and stable, with no structural impact.
