Superb antique Napoleon III style clock in regula with bronze patina, resting on a pink veined marble base, accompanied by its two matching cassolettes.
Description

The clock depicts an elegant young woman draped in antique style, seated on a stool and playing a mandolin. Her graceful posture and slightly raised gaze evoke an allegorical scene inspired by music and the arts.
The circular white enamel dial with Arabic numerals is framed by a finely chased decoration of garlands, flowers and musical attributes.
The set rests on a rectangular base in veined pink marble, adorned with a gilded bronze frieze decorated with laurel leaves. The feet are finely worked.
The two matching cassolettes, also in patinated regula and marble, harmoniously complete the composition, forming a complete mantelpiece.
