Blackened case and rosewood.
The movement has been fully cleaned and serviced and is in perfect working order, striking a gong every 30 minutes, running for 1 week.
The movement with dead escape and power retention.
Still with the original enamel dial, scale and hands.
It is very interesting to see the original handwritten text of the names and date of October 31, 1878 on the back of the pendulum bob.
The original brass weights and pendulum have been lacquered, so no polishing is necessary.
In very good original condition, with a beautiful patina.
