Cane armchair, early Regency period

Beautiful armchair with a cane bottom, in molded and richly carved beech decorated with shells, grids, valances, acanthus leaves, resting on four slightly arched legs ending in windings and joined by an X spacer (wear on the latter) .
Marked with CM iron on the rear waistband.
Late Louis XIV period, early Regency.
Good condition.
Seat height; 46.5 cm.
