    Attractive twine reel, in turned ash wood, cylindrical body with molded base, pierced to accommodate a shaft if desired, overhanging lid, the top with a sunken lid, nicely turned, allowing the twine to pass through; a fine object for a craftsman or tradesman, late 19th century or 1900, in good condition.
    Good dimensions: 16cm x 11cm.
    Condition: good, not much use: no cracks, no flaws, a small ding on the lid. Nice patina.
