Rich copper pastry mold, tin-plated interior, round in shape, with central chimney, resting on a high flat plinth, marked with No. 98,
size 5-1/2 (diameter in inches), above, a crown of numerous stepped reliefs is formed, the highest, 7 in number forming the buttresses of the chimney.
This mold should please a dentist: these seven elements are modeled like molars…. The visual effect is surprising.
This model (N°98) does not bear the mark of the English factory which made it around 1880, I had never come across it, it is probably rare.
Dimensions: 12cm x 14cm; Weight: 400g.
Good condition, the mold, all handmade, very thick, has been used, but has no defects, some superficial wear, no dents, wear to the interior tin plating
Take a good look at our photos.
