Gorotire-Kayapo Indians, States of Pará and Mato Grosso, Rio Xingu Valley, Northern Brazil.
Wood and vegetable fibers.

WAR MASS in hard wood with a wide striking blade, so-called "prismatic" shape. The handle is covered with a decoration of vegetable fibers braided in a geometric two-tone assembly.
This combat puzzle was reserved for powerful warriors and clan leaders.
