Handmade from out of wood.

Well constructed made from wood which has a delightful brown color.
With working lock and brass key.
A nice size as it stands 53 cm tall and 28 cm width of the top.
Circa late end of 19th century Victorian Era.
In was originally used in a large stately home where it would of stood in the central main hall way room where family members or guests could deposit there mail to then be taken to a post office.
Very rare, valuable, collectible and highly sought after.
