In silver and vermeil by the Lyon silversmith F. Favier, active from 1809 to 1838, with Minerve hallmark. The bowl is adorned with a silver application depicting allegories of the three theological virtues, while the baluster leg is engraved with ears of wheat and vines, Eucharistic symbols of bread and wine, and the reed as a symbol of the Passion. The foot is embossed with a Crucifixion, Christ in bonds and St. Peter in repentance before the rooster.
