Temple finial (Faïteau) known, depending on interpretation, as "Garuda" (Sanskrit: Eagle), mount of the god Vishnu, or "Hong/Hamsa" featuring the mythical bird or swan, animal vehicle of the god Brahma.
Beautiful original patina, faded and sprinkled with remnants of red and yellow bowls (Brahma's colors).
Thailand or Laos, 18th century.
Supplied with white or black steel base, adjustable chofa inclination.
