Our chalice in gilded silver 950/1000 weighs 395 grams and comes in its original wooden case. Set on a polylobed base, the bowl bears a Latin locution recalling the chalice's primary function: "Hic Est Enim Calix Sanguinis" for This is My Blood.
Each lobe features a stylized fleur-de-lys.
On the paten is the Lamb of God, holding the labarum, which is bordered by the words "Panis Vivus - Agnus Dei", the Living Bread, the Lamb of God, again recalling the paten's primary function.
