Maison Lecan presents this large solid pine refectory table, France, 1970s. 319 cm long, approx. 120 kg.
This is not a table to be moved, it's a table to be set up.
The tabletop, made of wide pine planks with a tight, wavy grain, clear knots and a golden-honey color, has been reworked and finished with a matte varnish. The material is straightforward, with no unnecessary priming. The base is the true signature of the piece: two X-shaped porticos on either side, in solid, sharp-edged beech, linked by a central longitudinal crossbeam. A brutalistic construction: robust, graphic and uncompromisingly decorative. This type of cross-frame, on this scale and in this type of wood, is rare on the market.
Refectory format (convents, high schools, large houses) redesigned for contemporary domestic or professional use.
Height under headband 69.5 cm, comfortable seating throughout.
    LDP reference: 20260323-009 / 20260403-003
    Dimensions : W319 × D102 × H72 cm - height under headband 69.5 cm - approx. 120 kg
Materials: Solid pine top, solid beech base - Matt varnish
