    A rare small Louis XV style all-purpose table.
    Venueed in kingwood, it features a projecting drawer at the front.
    The top has rounded corners and raised edges.
    Cabriole legs and curved sides.
    Rich ornamentation of finely chased gilt bronze mounts on all sides: molding, corner mounts, feet, frames, and scrollwork.
    Inscribed with the inscription "Veuve Paul Sormani et Fils, 10 rue Charlot, Paris".
    Oak frame, French polished in our workshop.
    Circa 1880.
    Height 71 cm, width 84 cm, depth 46 cm.
    Compare to the writing table stamped by B. V. R. B. (Bernard II Van RISEN BURGH) in the Louvre Museum.
