Important covered vase in polychrome glazed earthenware, of fine decorative quality, in the Italian Renaissance style, French manufacture from the late 19th century (signed under the base).
Of baluster shape, this vase is distinguished by its rich historical and ornamental decoration:

large figurative reserves depicting lively scenes of figures and cherubs
plant motifs and arabesques finely rendered in shades of green, ochre, blue, and black
stylized friezes and Renaissance-inspired frames

The lid is surmounted by a handle in the shape of a bird (parrot), an original and decorative element that lends the whole piece considerable charm.

The base bears a mark "Renaissance Decoration – Handmade," attesting to the quality of the workmanship.
