    Important covered vase in polychrome glazed earthenware, of fine decorative quality, in the Italian Renaissance style, French manufacture from the late 19th century (signed under the base).

    Of baluster shape, this vase is distinguished by its rich historical and ornamental decoration:

    large figurative reserves depicting lively scenes of figures and cherubs;

    finely rendered plant motifs and arabesques in shades of green, ochre, blue, and black;

    stylized friezes and Renaissance-inspired frames.

    The lid is surmounted by a finial in the form of a parrot, an original and decorative element that lends the piece considerable charm.

    The base bears a mark "Récor Renaissance – fait main" (Renaissance Decor – handmade), attesting to the quality of the workmanship.
