Beautiful metal and crystal chandelier by the prestigious BAGUÈS firm in Paris. The gilded wrought-iron structure unfurls into six arms of light adorned with cups for the binnacles. They are woven with plant garlands set with crystal leaves. A lamp base formed of an armful of foliage features a large crystal ball at the base. All metal parts are gilded with gold leaf on a plate and then patinated.
Its nine-link chain, also gilded and patinated, and cup complete it.
    Dimensions :

    Height: 64 cm.
    Diameter: 68 cm.

Model still in the Maison catalog, on order.

    France, 20th century.

Refined and emblematic of French savoir-faire, this six-arm suspension light is a creation of Maison BAGUÈS, a famous Parisian house founded in 1860 and renowned for its exceptional lighting. Handcrafted in the company's Normandy workshops, this model combines a gilded wrought-iron frame with a naturalistic décor of crystal leaves and pendants.
The six sinuous arms, enhanced by delicately crafted cups and foliage, rise around a central plant bouquet, in a perfect balance between ornamental tradition and contemporary elegance. A large crystal ball punctuates the base of the composition. This visually light chandelier is equally at home in a classic interior or a more contemporary setting.
