Large Louis XV style gilt bronze vestibule lantern. Napoleon III period. Mid-19th century. It features five curved sides with domed glass panes and a door. Decorated with shells, openwork scrolls, frets, drops, and angled feet. Its chandelier has three light arms. The wiring has been updated to current standards. Note some losses to the gilding and a few minor old repairs.
