    Louis XV-style "cage" lantern, hexagonal shape with six sides.

    The gilded bronze structure features slender uprights with glass panels. It houses an interior chandelier with six regularly arranged arms of light. The ensemble is adorned with cut and molded crystal pendants, including daggers and star-shaped elements, distributed around the frame.

    The frame features supple lines, with scrolled arms inspired by the rocaille vocabulary, in a simple interpretation of the Louis XV style.

    The lantern is accompanied by a top cover (cup) to conceal the electrical connection, and a bronze suspension chain, not used in the photographs, to adjust the height.

    Made circa 1900.

    It is presented in good condition, complete with its crystal components, and in working order.
