Steel, wood, horn, silver, bone.
L.T.: 143 – Barrel length: 103.5 cm
Muzzle diameter: 16.5 mm
Barrel with a face on the first third, then round; the joint is decorated with an engraved, foliate, and gilded ring. The upper face is marked LAZARINO COMINAZZO. Rice grain front sight. Breech tang with solid rear sight.
Flat-body lock, signed COIGNET à CHAMBERY; swan-neck hammer; bascinet with fire guard; battery spring roller. Steel counter-lock.
Steel buttplate.
Veined walnut stock, with short fore-end, checkered with a single leaf.
Iron grenadiers, one with a leaf. The wooden ramrod is tipped with horn.
Fairly good condition. Surface corrosion on the barrel with 30% original blueing; the Lazarino Cominazzo marking is likely a 19th-century designation.
