    Sawtooth blade hunting dagger from the second half of the 19th century.
    Brass mounting, pommel in the shape of a deer's head, cruise decorated with a dog's head (see louveterie) and an HC monogram, double inverted quillon representing boar's feet. Stag-wood handle. Saw-toothed blade three-quarters of the way up. Metal scabbard with brass fittings. ABE condition: with traces of use. Blade length 39.5 cm, overall length 64 cm.
