Oval, slightly domed Jingasa in gloss black lacquered wood decorated in gold hira-makie with the Môn of the MIMURA clan (restorations to the lacquer). It is topped with a four-degree dummy thehen no ana (opening at the top).
The edge is gloss black lacquered.
Red lacquered interior (relacquered).
Blue and white silk chinstrap and pad.
this jingasa has probably been recently relacquered.
Dimensions: 12 x 35.7 x 38 cm.
