Mantel mirror with a large gilded wood frame molded in doucine.
It is decorated with shells, scrolls and palmettes in relief at the upper angles.
The lower corners are adorned with scrolls and foliage. The latter are flat to allow, as desired, the stability of this mirror on a mantel or a piece of furniture. Note that a hanging ring is also present on the reverse side of the mirror.
This item is dark with a mercury glass in excellent condition.
You will appreciate this mirror for, among other things, its ideal dimensions and its finely carved decorations.
