Large mantel mirror in gold leaf gilt wood, with a mercury glass with a glittered mirror, Empire style, 19th-century Restoration period, circa 1830.

Our mirror is a large format, ideal for use as a natural fireplace surround. Beautiful frame with rich moldings.

Everything is original: gold leaf gilding in good condition, cleaned by our gilder, unblemished mercury glass, original parquetry on the back. The whole is in very good condition.
