Format 50/65 cm and 57/72 cm with the beautiful American box frame included in the sale, good condition, signed lower right, dated 64 and titled on the back "Egyptian twilight" and several times written his name for the different exhibitions in which participated this painting.
Jacques Pinon, 1927-2018 . True touch to all, as the artists of the Renaissance, painting, sculpture, stained glass, tapestry (Aubusson) ... etc. ... He collaborated with Le Corbusier and Lucien Hervé for the stained glass windows of the church of St. Therese, monumental frescoes or metal furniture.
He also designed contemporary tapestries in Aubusson in the workshops of R. Picaud where Calder, Aujame, Braque, Toffoli worked... with a beautiful meeting with Cocteau and his adopted son Lhermitte.
