Meissen porcelain figurine depicting Saint Teresa of Avila, who was struck in the heart by an arrow from an angel of the Seraphim order, leaving her ablaze with the love of God (L'Extase de Thérèse). Form n°195.
Chips on the flap of the dress, firing crack on the base, restored arrow and cap, gilding restored.
