Pair of ornamental baluster-shaped vases in Paris porcelain with swan handles. Empire style and Restoration period - early 19th century, 1830s.

Beautiful scene decoration on the theme of equestrianism in the style of Carle Vernet, framed in a gilt frame on the front and Italian landscapes on the back. Very beautiful matte and glossy gilding throughout the vase.

A fairly large, refined model; they can complement a piece of furniture or a mantelpiece.

Our vases are in good condition, with very fresh gilding and remarkably well preserved. One bust handle has been discreetly reattached. No missing parts.
