Trapezoidal base forming a terrace in sea-green marble (corners worn).

Constant Roux (1865-1942): Sculptor, student of Cavelier and Barrias.
Mention of honor in 1892. Prix de Rome in 1894. Medal winner in 1898 and at the 1900 Paris Universal Exhibition. Medal of Honor in 1930 at the Salon des Artistes Français.
