Oval bronze plaque or medallion with a brown patina depicting a profile portrait of a man wearing an antique-style helmet.
The bust is draped in a cloak tied at the shoulder, and the helmet is adorned with a small gilt brass inlay.

Signed on the back E.B. and numbered ?531 in relief.

Probably French work, 19th century.

A very fine casting with a charming original brown patina.
