Pair of Louis

The trim is made of burgundy velvet, held in place by patinated brass upholstery nails. The back of each seat is protected by a neutral canvas cover. The woodwork shows significant old restorations, visible in particular on the arms and the belt, with residual traces of old polychromy or gilding which has partially disappeared. An intervention on the woodwork will be necessary for a complete restoration.

According to the seller, both seats are perfectly stable. Seat height: 40 cm. Dimensions: H. 91 cm × L. 60 cm, unit weight estimated at 10 kg. Sold in pairs, as is.
