A Thonet Chair N° 19, produced around 1890, in very good condition, new manual caning (2.2X2.4), called "Engelstuhl" (angel chair), a model created by Thonet around 1870.
Stamp and label under the seat.
Good woodwork, perfect symmetry, in complete original condition. - Solid walnut color under organic shellac.
Seat diameter: 41 cm; seat height: 47 cm. Total height 89 cm.
