Small Louis XV miniature cartel clock in finely chased gilt bronze decorated with stylized shells and foliage, "queue-de-vache "* external pendulum system, rear crowned coat of arms and "Bte (Breveté) du Roi" mark, 19th century.
This clock is in good condition and of exceptional quality. The movement works but needs to be overhauled. We have the keys.
* In some clocks, the lack of space inside the movement meant that the pendulum had to be installed outside the case, where the wall had to be pierced. The pendulum then took on the colourful name of "cow's tail".
Please note: small chips on the center dial (see last photo), slightly bent pendulum, age-related wear, see photos.
