Finely chased gilt bronze clock, decorated with a musketeer with his sword holding a fold in his left hand, enameled dial with Roman numerals set in a terminal decorated with small stars, base adorned with two winged griffins, cock movement signed Le Roy Paris, 1st Empire period, early 19th century.
This clock is in good condition. The movement is signed, does not work and should be serviced, the key is missing.
Please note: trace of restoration on the front base (at right foot level, not very visible, see red arrows), slight wear over time, see photos.
