The movement works, and we have the key and the pendulum decorated with a cherub or Bacchus. * The dial is signed by the clockmaker Louis-Joseph-Frédéric Omont (1772-1857), who was appointed Gouverneur du Gros Horloge de Rouen (clockmaker in charge of looking after the clock and who lived in the tower). Please note: some scratches and soiling on the marble, some soiling in places on the gilding, bronze ornamentation (fillet) moves slightly on one side, some scratches and bubbles on the globe, age wear, see photos.
