Episcopal ring in yellow gold (750/1000) from the Second Vatican Council, presented to all the Council Fathers by Pope Paul VI as a sign of Communion in December 1965, on the occasion of the closing of the Second Vatican Ecumenical Council (1962-1965).

This Milanese piece is signed Manfrini (1917-2004).

The ring is shaped like a mitre and features an engraved design of Christ flanked by two apostles in a tripartite niche.

The inside of the ring is engraved with the Vatican coat of arms. It is currently available as an episcopal ring and is worn by several bishops.
