In an important montage of rolled and gilded paper, representing a complete altarpiece, we find, in the center, a medallion in Glory, presenting relics of Saint Barbara Martyr.

Saint Barbara or Barara is a martyr from the 3rd century. Today, she is the Patroness of firefighters in France.

This type of reliquary representing a monstrance could be the work of the Ursulines. This is a work from the end of the 18th or beginning of the 19th century.
The set is of quality and in excellent condition, in a simple gilded wooden frame.
Dimensions of 37 cm by 31 and 8 cm deep

Given the fragility specific to paper assemblies, this piece cannot travel by postal parcel.
