    Exceptional modernist chest of drawers by Jacques Adnet (1901-1984), France, Art Deco, circa 1930.

    Macassar ebony and walnut veneer. Note: the ebony of macassar (diospyros celebica) is not registered on the Cites list of endangered species.

    Edited by the Compagnie des Arts Français (directed by J.Adnet), model created around 1928.
