Scriban rosewood display case, with two glass doors at the top, adorned with delicate carved scrolls and a functional lock with key. The whole is crowned by a molded cornice highlighted by an elegant gadrooned frieze.
The lower, projecting section of this two-body cabinet conceals an ingenious sliding compartment at the top, revealing a writing pad sheathed in new black leather, enhanced by a gilded vignette and a refined central motif. On either side, slender balusters frame this space, and at the back we find three small drawers and a spacious storage niche.
Finally, two solid, lockable doors reveal three wide, pull-out drawers.
