Marine ivory, horn, iron, damascus steel, gold and cloth
Total length: 62 cm; Blade length: 45 cm
Curved handle with two plates in marine ivory and brown horn, riveted three times. Two of the rivets are trimmed with poly-lobed iron rosettes with conical cabochons inlaid with gold fillets.
Double-edged damascus steel blade with three median gutters, decorated on the heel with six cartouches inlaid with gold foliate motifs - on the side with four cartouches, the heel is punched twice.
Wooden scabbard covered with brown leather, two iron fittings, the front parts of which are centered with gold damascened flower bouquets and surrounded by gold foliage friezes. The fixed suspension ring is fitted with a spinning top.
These daggers were used as weapons for men, but also as ceremonial objects.
