    Complete armor from the late Edo period, comprising a kabuto zunari helmet, entirely in black lacquer, with a single-part shikoro; a mempo facial protector with a five-blade gorgerin and a white yak beard; a two-part breastplate with side closure in lacquered leather with small flaws and a three-moon design on the back, a protective underskirt called kusazuri with five panels trimmed with silk ribbons and five lacquered iron blades, an apron-shaped shorts called haidate and a pair of leggings.in rigid black lacquered metal
    the arms are partly made of chain mail.
    It comes with a wooden carrying case called gusoku bitsu and a stand.
