    Christ known as 18th century bed bottom crucifix in ivory carved on a blackened wooden cross, placed on a background of red silk brocatelle (Tassinari and Chatel) in a frame from the end of the Louis XIV period or the beginning of the Regency period, richly carved and gilded with gold leaf.

    An 18th century sculpture, our Christ complies with the requirements of the 1947 Washington Convention regarding the ivory trade.
    Our Christ is in good condition. Two broken fingers on right hand - he is over 200 years old. No other shortage. The Regency frame has kept its original gilding in very good condition and has been cleaned by our gilder.
