Nepal, early 19th century, important and rare wooden mask representing a human face topped with a very unusual pointed headdress. Another rarity, unusual presence of a goiter. Beautiful shiny dark brown patina. A strikingly realistic piece that perfectly reproduces the beautiful expression of the subject.
