Bronze clock with two patinas (black and gold) representing a poodle holding in its mouth a small clock with the dial, standing on a base with checkerboard patterns, rooster movement signed Berthoud in Paris, from the early 19th century.
This clock is in good condition and is of exceptional quality. We have the keys, the movement will need to be overhauled (the suspension works, a cog is unhooked, see photos).
A note: some wear on the black patina and gilding, the dial will be reattached in the small pendulum (missing two small screws), some small chips on the enamel of the dial, some scratches and wear of time, take a good look at the photos .
