An elegant quilling work on a Marian blue background.
In a carved and gilded wooden frame are relics of the Blessed Virgin and the True Cross, surrounding a pearl, symbol of the Kingdom of Heaven. This central cartouche is surrounded by twelve relics and as many delicate rolled paper flowers.
The relics are those of Saint Joseph, Saint Catherine, Saint Julian, Saint Peter, Saint Clement, Saint Elizabeth, Saint Eulalia, Saint Joan, Saint Maurice, Saint Julie, Saint Helena, and Saint John the Baptist.
Relics in very good condition - several damages to the frame.
