Gilt brass mounting. Single-branch hilt decorated with a sparkling Jupiter spindle. Oval-shaped keyboard decorated with the uncrowned imperial eagle resting on a trophy of 6 flags of eagled dismounted troops, with two riveted silver-metal stars on either side. Folding counter-keyboard. Normal action in raised or folded position, with the keyboard pusher statically inert. Cap decorated with an imperial eagle with outstretched wings. Tortoiseshell spindle with cracks, brass filigree. Straight, double-grooved blade with gray patina and traces of oxidation, length 79.8 cm. Tie missing. Black patent leather scabbard with two brass fittings. ABE condition.
