    I am offering for sale this delightful and rare Louis XVI period natural beech "coin de feu" armchair in beautiful overall condition. It rests on 4 tapered, fluted legs linked by connecting dice. The square-shaped "a la Reine" backrest is extended by the armrests, giving this chair great elegance.

    It is upholstered in a beautiful light pink silk with scrolls, interlacing and baskets of flowers.
    The straps are in very good condition!
    Stamped twice under the inner crosspiece and right upright: IH
    Unfortunately, we were unable to identify this master upholsterer, but this is a quality Parisian production.
