Two phylacteries "Ex. Subg. Et.Tela inv. Corp. B. Felicae Medae. V" indicate that pieces of the cloth that wrapped the body of Blessed Felicia Meda, abbess of the Order of Poor Clares, who died in 1446, are here offered for devotion.
Our cylindrical, glass reliquary is sealed with two red wax episcopal seals. The base and stopper are adorned with gilded copper bands decorated with palmettes, centered on a star bearing no. 16.
It is housed in a recent wooden monstrance glazed on both sides.
Dimensions: 12 cm in a monstrance measuring 36 cm by 20 cm.
