Rome, 18th century, a carved reliquary in the form of a cluster of acanthus leaves with a crowned top. It houses a more recent reliquary containing relics ex indumentis of Blessed Jean Martin Moyë, an 18th-century missionary from Lorraine. He is the founder of the Sisters of Providence. The relic is protected on the back by a seal of a vicar general. Dimensions: 36 cm high x 20 cm wide.
Used condition - minor losses and cracks in the wood.
